Pear Recruitment Client Accounts/Bookkeeper Finsbury Park Salary - £27,000 - £34,000 Working hours Monday Friday 9am 6pm Our client, based in Finsbury Park, is looking for a switched-on and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of client accounts within a busy and fast-paced office environment. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the accounts function. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently. Responsibilities: Ensure all information and financial recordings are processed and maintained accurately. Ensure all accounting procedures are made in line with regulations and codes of practice. Uphold the best customer care possible. Ensure colleagues comply with legislation and best practice. Process rents, Contractor invoices and payments. Produce landlord statements, rent arrears statements. Regular communication with tenants and Landlords Deal with day-to-day enquiries from customers. Liaise with the Lettings and Property Management teams and contractors. Draw up tenancy agreements and other tenancy documents. Carry out monthly clients accounts and business accounts reconciliation.
