We''re looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding and welcoming school located in Norbury, Croydon this upcoming September. You''ll be working closely with both staff and pupils to make sure every child feels understood, supported, and given the chance to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you''ll support children with a variety of special educational needs - including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties. Whether it''s providing 1:1 support, running small group sessions, or helping create a calm and inclusive classroom, your role will make a genuine difference each day.

You''ll be working closely with a supportive team of teachers, SENCOs, and other assistants who are passionate about inclusive education and making school a safe and joyful place for every child.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEN (in a mainstream or SEN setting)
• Someone who is proactive, passionate and caring.
• A team player who''s happy to get involved and support wherever needed.
• Ideally, someone with relevant training (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification), though this isn''t essential as training will also be provided.
• A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
• Strong understanding of child development.
