Property Project Manager: The Role:Overview of the RoleWe are looking for an outstanding Property Project Manager to join our dynamic team . You will work with the Head of Construction to successfully deliver the annual capital development programme of refurbishments and new acquisition sites and maintenance projects.The role liaises with people from all areas and levels of the business as well as external teams of contractors, consultants and suppliers. Stakeholder management and communication are key. This role will also involve coordinating and managing all aspects of a project including the day-to-day project management, monitoring of budgets and contract administration tasks.Due to the nature of the role it will involve alot of travel round the courty to various locations , so driving is essential but note there our Head Office in Teddington, Middlesex where you would be expected to be based once a week so please consider this on applying.Property Project Manager: Key Areas of ResponsibilityAssist in the production of clear briefs, programmes, phasing and cost plans for all projectsLiaise with all internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleAttend team and site progress meetingsAssist in producing scopes for external consultants and compiling formal appointmentsSupport procurement and tender process and compilation of contractual arrangements forcontractorsEffectively manage costs through the application of formal financial controlsConsistently challenge, manage and benchmark costsMonitor and review programmeEnsure project compliance with requirements of legislation and/or external authoritiesEnsure internal design approvals and financial sanctions are obtained at appropriate stagesIn conjunction with the Head of Project Development and the Head of Design procure the design of projects. Drawing on your expertise to propose cost-effective design solutions to maximise returns, whilst maintaining brand standards to drive market share in a competitive hospitality marketplace encouraging design innovation, sustainability and creativity.Manage a team of internal and /or external consultants and suppliersDelivering the capital development programme safely, to the approved budget, to the correct quality to the agreed programmeAssist with the minimisation of risks to health and safety on all projectsAssist with the Implementation of CDM Regulations in all projectsBuilding and maintaining successful key stakeholder partnerships. Liaising externally with Statutory authorities and internally across multiple departments in the organisationProperty Project Manager: The Ideal Candidate:Proven experience in a construction project management role, ideally within the leisure or hospitality sector.A record of delivering multi-disciplinary projects at a fast paceAbility to manage multiple projectsGood knowledge of legal and statutory requirements associated with leisure projectsExperience in managing multiple medium/large-sized retail fitout and construction projects in a fast-paced working retail environmentGreat communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels and areas of the business and with external partiesProperty Project Manager: Whats in it for you:Competitive salaryCar allowanceHead Office BonusPrivate Individual Healthcare Cover with BupaThe Pantry
