ZSL, the Zoological Society of London Head of Philanthropy Permanent Level: Senior Management Salary: circa £75,000 London with hybrid working 2 days per week in the Regents Park Office The Head of Philanthropy is a new role and will be responsible for driving philanthropic income to support ZSL''s mission. Setting both philanthropy strategy and being hands on, this role will work and lead a small team to identify, cultivate, and secure major gifts. This role will personally look to develop relationships with donors capable of giving seven and eight-figure gifts, and work with the team to develop a strong culture of philanthropy at ZSL. This will include securing unrestricted funds, restricted gifts to specific conservation activity and capital gifts.
