The successful candidate will support solicitors across a range of matters, playing a key role in ensuring clients receive a high level of service throughout their legal journey. Duties Include: Managing and maintaining legal files, correspondence and case management systems Producing, amending and proofreading legal documents and court bundles Liaising with clients, courts and third parties while providing regular matter updates Diary management, organising meetings and supporting solicitors with administrative tasks Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, confidentiality and anti-money laundering requirements The Successful Candidate: Previous Family Law experience within a legal support, legal assistant or legal secretary role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities A professional and client-focused approach with strong attention to detail Confidence using Microsoft Office systems and legal case management software This role wo
