Job Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services, ensuring compliance with people''s needs and progress.Ensure that safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.Foster positive relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare professionals.Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training and development initiatives.Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications:Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.Proven experience in a managerial role within a supported living or residential care setting.Strong understanding of CQC regulations and qual
