This 27m scheme is focused on the construction of a state-of-the-art facility to produce medical devices. Role Details: Full-time on-site role Reporting into the Senior Commercial team Responsible for MEP cost management, procurement, valuations, subcontractor management, and reporting Strong focus on site-based commercial control during the delivery phase Candidate Profile: Proven experience in MandE Quantity Surveying Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contracts Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
