Job description

The company is a growing West-Midlands company, which designs and manufactures RC Vehicles for both UK and International markets.

As a result of our ongoing success, we are recruiting for an additional Production Engineer to join our existing Engineering team at our offices in Kidderminster.

The role requires a professional with proven engineering, mechanical and/or electrical experience from working with similar types of equipment in a production environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Supporting the production team through taking a hands-on role with relevant engineering related matters.

Producing professional and timely engineering CAD drawings as required.
Ensure compliance to all relevant standards and regulations relating to the product manufacture.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with the entire team, customers and suppliers.
Actively participate in product development projects.

Proactively support in the continual improvement of the engineering and production processes.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with good IT skills (including CAD) and have experience as a proven problem solver.

Good communication and organisational skills are considered vital for this role.
