Project Lead - Executive SearchA leading boutique Executive Search firm is seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to play a leading role in the delivery of complex, high-level search assignments. This is a client-facing position that requires a balance between strong project management, exceptional administrative capability and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, clients, candidates and internal stakeholders.Role
Lead the coordination and delivery of multiple search projects across different teams.Act as a central point of contact for clients and candidates, managing all communication and interview scheduling.Oversee timelines, ensure deadlines are achieved, and maintain accurate documentation throughout each assignment.Partner with Directors, Partners, and Researchers to prepare high-quality reports, proposals, and presentations.Support business development initiatives, managing client lists, preparing event materials, and ensuring a seamless client service experience.Provide high-level administrative support, including diary and inbox management, invoicing oversight, and database maintenance.Ideal Applicant
Experienced in project management within a professional service environment (executive search experience advantageous)Adept at managing multiple priorities with composure, accuracy, and attention to detail.Confident communicator with strong written, verbal, numerical and interpersonal skills.Strong academic background, preferably graduate calibreHighly organised, proactive, and capable of anticipating needs and solving problems.Strong business acumen, discretion, and professional presence when engaging with senior stakeholders.A collaborative team player with the flexibility to adapt to a changing, high-pressure environment.This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a specialist executive search firm with exposure to senior leaders across industries in a varied role where no two days are the same combining project management, client engagement and administrative support.
