We are seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HLTA who is passionate about supporting teaching and learning, and who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative school environment.Key Responsibilities Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher across EYFS, KS1, or KS2Support pupils learning in whole-class, small group, and one-to-one settingsWork closely with teaching staff to plan, prepare, and assess learning activitiesProvide targeted intervention support to help raise attainmentContribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment across both school sitesAdapt quickly to working across different year groups and classrooms The Ideal Candidate Will Have: HLTA status or equivalent qualificationProven experience covering classes and leading learning independentlyStrong behaviour management skillsFlexibility to work across two school sitesA proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children s developmentExcellent communication and teamwork skills Why TeacherActive?
