Project Manager - Systems and Business ChangeWE Talent are partnering with a growing business to recruit a Project Manager to join their Systems team, supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of business-critical systems and processes.This is a varied, hands-on role focused on scoping, coordinating and delivering projects across the business. You''ll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, support the implementation of system and process improvements, and ensure new solutions are successfully embedded.This is not a heavily technical role. Instead, it''s ideal for someone who enjoys bringing people, processes and systems together, taking ownership of projects from initial idea through to delivery and review.The roleWorking with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and scope new projects and improvementsCoordinating the delivery of systems and process changes from concept through to implementationActing as the link between internal teams and external partners / third-party providersSupporting the rollout of new systems, integrations and process improvementsLeading on user acceptance testing (UAT), pilot activity and post-implementation reviewsEnsuring changes are embedded effectively through training, guidance and communicationMonitoring outcomes and identifying further improvementsSupporting the ongoing development and optimisation of core business systems, including ERP and warehouse systemsManaging multiple projects and cha
