Optical Assistant (Full-Time) - Independent Practice Location: Richmond, London Salary: 28,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (with one weekday off) About the Role Inspired Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident Optical Assistant to join a practice that has been newly acquired by independent group of opticians. The practice is based near to Richmond. Now part of a respected independent optical group, the practice continues its tradition of clinical excellence while introducing new services and technologies to better serve our patients. This is a full-time, permanent position with Saturday working required, and one day off during the week. With two fully equipped test rooms, the practice currently runs clinics four days a week and will be expanding into audiology services from November. We''re looking for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and is confident in handling patient journeys from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for all patients Support the smooth running of the clinic, including pre-screening and admin duties Dispense a wide range of frames and lenses accurately and confidently Provide clear, thorough handover communication between front-of-house and clinical staff Maintain an excellent standard of product k
