You may need to step in at other locations as needed for events, leave cover, or emergencies. Key Responsibilities Supervise and liaise with external contractors (cleaning, maintenance, grounds, catering) Support centre operations: porterage, deliveries, event setup, exam room configurations Monitor and manage stock levels (cleaning and maintenance supplies) Act as a qualified First Aider (or willingness to train) Oversee Health and Safety compliance: PAT testing, fire drills, statutory inspections, hazard patrols Perform reactive and planned maintenance, cleaning duties, emergency cleaning Carry and respond via two way radio; participate in emergency cal
