We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a small Primary School in Kennington, Southwark to support children in a Year 2/ 3 class. Key Responsibilities: Delivering learning to individuals, small groups and whole class as and when requiredLead class and delivering curriculum for all planned absences and allow time for class teacher to plan and markMonitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Ideal Higher Level Teaching Assistant: Either a Level 4 + qualification or equivalentExperience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or in a similar role such as a Early Career TeacherStrong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student growth and development.
