Part Time Graphite Project Support and Technical Minute Taker
Location- Based in Gloucester with flexible working
Contract Start Date- Mid September- Oct 2025 (vetting dependant)
Vetting- BPSS
Pay Rate- -18.18

Job Purpose:
Part time professional project support and technical minute taker to join the Graphite Technology team.

The key tasks within the role:
Meeting organising and minutes for 4 different meetings (GAP, ONR level 3 and level 4 meeting, graphite governance and graphite oversight).

• Minutes
• Must be competent in capturing the notes ''in the moment'' and asking for information to be repeated where required
• Notes must be captured accurately and in a timely manner
• Meeting agendas
• Calendar invite
• Action tracking
• Uploading/distributing documentation
• General admin supporting the 4 meetings above

The role is part time and will be around 15-20hrs per week- ideally split over 3 (or maybe 4) days.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Experience taking technical engineering/science based minutes
• Highly organised
• Good standard of written English
• Good eye for detail
• Good communication skills
• Team working
• Strong general IT Skills
