A vibrant and welcoming primary school in Hemel Hempstead is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team this September. The school is well-known for its warm, community-driven ethos and outstanding commitment to early childhood education.

About the Role

As the new EYFS Teacher, you''ll take the lead in creating a nurturing classroom where children feel secure, curious, and inspired. You''ll design imaginative, hands-on activities tailored to the EYFS curriculum, fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of every child in your care.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

  Planning and delivering engaging, play-led lessons based on the EYFS framework

  Observing, assessing, and supporting individual progress and early milestones

  Encouraging a classroom culture that promotes exploration, independence, and kindness

  Working closely with TAs, parents, and school staff to support holistic development

  Maintaining open, supportive communication with families

  Participating in school initiatives, enrichment activities, and staff development

  
  

Who We''re Looking For:

  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Early Years specialism a bonus

  
  



• 
  

  Proven experience in an EYFS or nursery environment

  
  



• 
  

  Deep understanding of child development and the EYFS statutory framework

  
  



• 
  

  Creative, energetic, and patient approach to teaching

  
  



• 
  

  Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
