As a

Nursery Practitioner , you will be responsible for supporting the developmental needs of 2-year-olds and delivering high-quality early years provision. The successful

will lead small group sessions, contribute to planning, and promote speech, language and social development through effective modelling and interaction.

The

will build strong, nurturing relationships with key children, support personal care routines including toileting and nappy changing, and maintain detailed observations and records for learning journals. A strong understanding of safeguarding, EYFS curriculum delivery, and partnership with parents is essential for this
