A loyal client to Sphere-are looking to appoint a Senior Design Manager or Design Manager to join-their growing regional business.

Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out, and Cladding / Facade. An example of recent projects have included:-

• New Build Hotel - Exeter-
• New Build Student Accommodation - Bristol / Bath (multiple)-
• New Build Care Home - Bristol-
• Cladding - Bristol (multiple)-
• New Build Youth Centre - Bristol

My client are looking for an experienced candidate with a-good Main Contractor background. You will initially be tasked with overseeing the Design elements of a project in Bristol. In the medium to longer term, this role will naturally progress into more of-a regional position, potentially overseeing multiple projects and more junior members of staff. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously whilst being hands on with Design Management. You will have assistance and support-in the form of an existing-Pre-Construction team.-
