They have plans to double their turnover over the next 4 years with recent investments in significantly improving machinery, projects, training etc. in order for the team and business to further develop. Role and Responsibilities:Prepare technical quotations using web-based costing systems and maintain accurate spreadsheet records.Update and manage client data using our CRM system.Handle administrative tasks, including document control, literature management, exhibition planning, and sales record updates.Process sales-related documentation and estimate export sales enquiries.Respond to client queries regarding enquiries and orders.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth information flow.
