Duties

• Mix and match paint colours according to specifications or customer preferences.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision.
• Ensure proper application techniques are followed to achieve desired finishes.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any issues as necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding equipment and tools used in painting tasks.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during preparation and application processes.
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for colour matching and finishing techniques.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
