This is a rewarding opportunity to make a measurable difference in children''s learning by delivering small group and one-to-one interventions across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.About the Intervention Teaching Assistant Role:As an Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to identify pupils needing additional academic support. Your primary responsibility will be delivering structured English and Maths interventions, helping to narrow attainment gaps and boost pupil confidence.Key Responsibilities:Deliver focused intervention sessions in reading, writing, and mathsSupport small groups and individuals identified as needing catch-up or extensionTrack and report pupil progress to class teachers and leadershipAdapt materials and approaches to suit individual learner needsFoster an inclusive, positive learning environmentRequirements:Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or supporting primary-aged pupilsA good understanding of KS1 and KS2 curriculumStrong lite
