Job DescriptionMomentus Technologies is looking for a strategic and people-first Senior Director of Professional Services to lead a diverse and high-performing team across Technical Services, Project Management, Consulting, and Implementation. This role is responsible for setting the vision and operational strategy for our enterprise delivery practice in the EMEA region; ensuring our customers experience seamless implementations, exceptional service, and measurable value.

You’ll lead and develop a group of managers and team leads while working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align services with business goals and customer outcomes. You’ll also drive improvements to delivery methodologies, operational metrics, and team performance keeping quality and scalability at the forefront.

Position can be located in the UK or Germany

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Develop Leaders: Directly manage a group of team managers and leads, fostering leadership growth, accountability, and alignment to strategic goals.

Own Delivery Strategy: Define how projects are scoped, resourced, and executed to ensure consistency, scalability, and a high-quality customer experience across regions.

Demonstrate Strong Business Acumen: Use data-driven insights to manage budgets, forecast revenue, assess team capacity, and balance customer outcomes with business goals.

Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain utilization, capacity planning, and delivery KPIs across multiple disciplines; drive predictability, reduce risk, and identify improvement opportunities.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment between solution design and delivery capability.

Elevate Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality delivery, clear project governance, and proactive issue resolution across active engagements.

Support Sales Efforts: Join key customer conversations, support proposal development, and ensure alignment between scope, budget, and customer goals.

Lead Change and Growth: Scale the delivery practice by standardizing processes, building capabilities, and evaluating where innovation increases value for customers and internal teams.

Coach for Growth and Change: Mentor managers and team leads, build leadership capability, and support professional development aligned with evolving business needs.

Ensure Global Consistency: Align with regional Professional Services leaders on global delivery standards and drive consistency in execution and customer experience across geographies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

7+ years of leadership experience in professional services or SaaS implementation, with at least 3+ years leading people managers.

Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software projects and cross-functional delivery teams.

Strong business acumen with experience in budget ownership, revenue forecasting, and resource planning.

Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at leading teams through change.

Willing to travel as needed to meet team and customer needs.
