Electrical Supervisor

About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a fast paced commercial refurbishment project. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands on supervisor with strong leadership skills and a solid electrical background.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site
• Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure programme targets are achieved
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with company and site procedures
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and quality checks
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades on site
• Monitor materials, deliveries, and workforce productivity
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and project handover where required

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects
• Background in commercial refurbishment projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations, containment, lighting, power, and distribution systems
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification desirable
• Valid ECS / CSCS card
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence required
• SC Clearance is required
