Client Liaison Officer
Join a Customer Services Team based in Staines and play a key role in supporting accreditation processes from first enquiry to ongoing customer success, as a Customer Liason Officer. This customer service and administrative role is a key interface between our customers, technical staff, sub-contractors and the public, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently. Salary 27,000 with Hybrid working after probation. As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will:Coordinate visit arrangementsProvide customers with visit confirmations and quotesCoordinate and book travel arrangementsProgress accreditation casework in line with company process and policyMaintain and update databasesRespond to internal and external enquiriesPerform general administration tasksSupport other teams and departmentsAssist in organising meetingsIt is expected that the successful candidate will:Have excellent customer service skillsDisplay accurate written and clear verbal communication skillsHave demonstrable experience of working as part of a teamBe able to prioritise workload to meet deadlinesHave good knowledge of Microsoft Office softwareIs you want to be part of creating a workplace where everyone belongs, please get in touch.
