Your focus will span:Business Development - Drive new B2B opportunities in the live event and licensing spacePartnerships - Secure and manage brand, venue, and event partnerships worldwideStrategy - Identify trends, map market opportunities, and create a clear growth roadmapCommercial Oversight - Set and manage sales targets and licensing budgetsMarketing Alignment - Collaborate on campaign strategy, content, and promotional assetsQuality Control - Monitor event delivery and ensure high standards across all activationsContracting and Negotiation - Lead on commercial terms with clients and suppliersPitching and Presentations - Build compelling business cases and pitch decks for key stakeholdersAbout You5+ years'' experience in the live music / entertainment / festivals industryStrong background in business development, partnerships, and/or event licensing
