Job Title: Payroll AdministratorLocation: ColchesterJob Type: Permanent, 40 Hours per weekSalary: Paying up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Payroll Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced payroll team. You will be responsible for ensuring payroll processes are completed accurately and on time, delivering a high standard of service and support to colleagues and third-party providers. This is a key role in maintaining payroll accuracy, handling colleague queries professionally, and ensuring all records are kept up to date and in line with strict payroll deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and distribute P45s and payslipsRespond to colleague queries regarding pay and benefitsLiaise with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll informationRun and distribute payroll reportsMaintain and update spreadsheetsSupport with ad hoc payroll and administrative tasksAbout YouGCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and EnglishPrevious administration experienceStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Good Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelPayroll experienceExperience using HR/payroll systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality at all timesRight to work in the UKPersonal AttributesAccurate, organised, and detail-focusedAble to work independently and manage workloadStrong team player who shares knowledge and supports othersCommitted to delivering a high standard of serviceIf you are a motivated Payroll Administrator looking for y
