This is an exciting opportunity to drive sustainable change through decarbonisation works that directly impact communities, homes, and carbon reduction goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead retrofit contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveryPlan and manage work programmes, budgets, targets, and operational teamsOversee energy-saving upgrades such as insulation, low-carbon heating, ventilation, and window/door replacementsMaintain full compliance with PAS 2030/2035, ECO funding, and all building and safety regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and project stakeholdersManage engineers and subcontractors, providing technical support and ensuring high performanceConduct regular site inspections to monitor health and safety, quality, and productivityCollaborate with the commercial team to manage costs and ensure reporting deadlines are metWhat We''re Looking ForEssential:5+ years'' experience managing retrofit, energy efficiency, or construction projectsStrong knowledge of PAS 2030/2035, ECO, Building Regulations, and sustainability measuresSMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely, and CSCS (M
