THE ROLE BOOKKEEPERAs Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth running of the finance function. Working closely with management, you will ensure all financial transactions are recorded efficiently and in line with compliance standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE:Maintaining day-to-day bookkeeping recordsManaging purchase and sales ledgerProcessing invoices, payments, and receiptsBank reconciliations and monitoring cash flowAssisting with financial reporting and with ad-hoc administrative tasks.Supporting month-end and year-end processesEnsuring compliance with financial and data protection regulationsLiaising with external accountants and internal teamsKEY SKILLSPrevious experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracyExperience using accounting software Good knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAbility to handle confidential information with discretionOrganised, reliable, and able to manage workload effectively WHAT THE COMPANY CAN OFF
