Quality Manager

What You Will Do

Lead and coordinate quality activities across the organisation, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including maintaining and enhancing the Integrated Management System and related policies.

Manage the non-conformance and customer complaints process, conducting thorough investigations and implementing strong preventative actions.

Develop and maintain a proactive inspection programme to ensure all products meet Right First Time standards.

Collate and report KPI performance data for all quality-related measures, presenting insights to drive improvement.

Educate and support employees to embed a culture of proactive risk management and quality excellence.

What You Will Bring

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification and a strong understanding of ISO accreditations.

Significant experience in quality assurance, control, or management within the engineering or manufacturing sector.

Expertise in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis, along with proficiency in inspection tools like calipers and micrometers.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, showcasing your ability to drive process improvement.

Excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
