Care Assistant – Redditch: Care Assistant role at Caremark Ltd. Location: Redditch. Salary: £9.52 to £12.41 per hour. Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time or Weekends Only.Responsibilities

Meet the support requirements of customers in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence.Travel to the customer’s home and assist with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark.Provide support similar to what would be given by a member of the person’s family, e.g., help with bathing and dressing or domestic tasks.Help with washing and dressing.Shopping and meal preparation.Prompting with medication and supporting daily routines.Respite services and facilitating socialising and leisure activities.Help customers access the community.What we look for / Qualifications

Self-motivated, well-organised and reliable.Caring and sensitive; flexible; committed to high standards of care.Good communicator.Eligible to work in the UK (only applicants with UK work eligibility will be considered).Owns a vehicle with a valid UK driving licence (where applicable).How to apply
