We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our professional team, specialising in Engineering and Industrial placements across an A–Z desk. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven recruiter looking to advance their career within a supportive and ambitious environment.

• End-to-end management of the recruitment process

• Developing and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships

• Delivering consistent results through proactive business development

• Driving growth within the Engineering and Industrial sectors

• Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience (Engineering/Industrial preferred)

• Demonstrable track record of consistent billings

• Commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated and target-driven

• Sales focused and target driven.

• Competitive salary: £28,000 – £35,000 DOE

• Excellent commission scheme with uncapped earning potential

• Potential car allowance for client development

• Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm working hours

• Convenient Barnsley town centre location
