We have a current opportunity for a Office Manager on a contract basis to start. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.Proactively identify and solve office-related issues before they escalate.Provide administrative assistance to multiple departments, including document preparation, scheduling, and internal follow-up.Raise and send invoices, support basic finance admin, and liaise with accounting as needed.Keep office supplies stocked, manage orders, and coordinate with service providers.Support employee on-boarding and general office IT/setup logistics.Handle general correspondence, filing, and document control.What We''re Looking ForSomeone proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented - a self-starter who takes initiative.Previous experience in office management, team support, or an administrative coordination role.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.Comfortable with invoice handling and supporting light finance tasks.Tech-savvy: confident using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business systems.Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.Able to commit to working on-site in London, 5 days a week.We Are Aspire Ltd are a Disability Confident Commited employer
