Key Responsibilities: Work with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions in D365 Business Central. Configure and customize BC to meet client needs, ensuring best practices and compliance. Support full project lifecycle: workshops, documentation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and extensions. Provide ongoing support and advisory services to clients post-implementation. Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor. Required Skills and Experience: 3+ years experience with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central. Strong understanding of core BC modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing). Experience in requirements gathering and solution design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
