Job Purpose The Associate Director, Central Talent Acquisition (TA) Delivery Lead will drive large scale TA strategic projects to enable business transformation. Responsible for design, operational set up and deployment that meets both the short term and long term business hiring demands, strengthens TA organisational effectiveness provides excellent TA service delivery across CCEP globally.
