We are supporting a confidential client in the search for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of mixed-use sites. This role carries full responsibility for ensuring the delivery of landlord services, statutory compliance, and operational excellence across a multi-site estate. The position offers significant autonomy, high visibility with senior stakeholders, and the chance to play a critical role within a well-structured property and asset management function. The Role The Regional Facilities Manager will take ownership of all day-to-day operations across their allocated portfolio, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, well-presented, and run efficiently in line with landlord obligations and lease requirements. You ll work closely with the Head of FM, the wider FM team, and internal specialists across property management, asset management, insurance, and health and safety. Key Responsibilities Operations and Site Management Take full operational responsibility for services and day-to-day site performance across your allocated properties. Conduct regular inspections to maintain health, safety, and presentation standards. Carry out void property inspections in line with insurer requirements. Act as the primary contact for tenants on FM matters, building positive relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
