We are an independent, modern European restaurant with a seasonal menu and a welcoming atmosphere. Located in the heart of Islington, we offer a unique dining experience, and were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working as part of a close-knit team.About You:As our ideal candidate, you will bring a passion for hospitality and a strong work ethic, with a proven track record in a similar restaurant management role. You will be enthusiastic about creating a memorable guest experience and confident in overseeing both front and back of house operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead by example, inspiring and managing a dedicated teamOversee daily operations to ensure excellent guest serviceMaintain high standards of health, hygiene, and cleanlinessDeliver consistent and exceptional food and drink serviceHave a strong understanding of wine, with WSET Level 2 or higherOrganize and coordinate restaurant activities efficientlyProvide leadership and motivation to all team membersEnsure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guestsCommunicate effectively with both customers and staffEnsure smooth running of the restaurant during peak hoursSkills and Experience:Passion for hospitality and a positive, can-do attitudeProven leadership experience in a similar roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent back-of-house knowledgeFluent in EnglishExperience with high standards of health and safetyStrong communication and hosting skillsAbout Us:Salut! Islington is a 28-cover, independent restaurant that opened in December 2015.
