General Manager - The Pembroke Arms, WiltonFull-timeUp to £50,000 per annum + an annual bonus.As the General Manager at the Pembroke Arms, you will oversee the daily operations of the pub, ensuring excellent guest experiences throughout. The Pembroke is the largest pub in the group and has a great reputation in the local area for excellent food and brilliant hospitality. You will be joining a supportive, ambitious team with opportunities for real influence and progression.Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop a motivated team.Deliver exceptional guest experiences.Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient services.Oversee financial performance, including budgets and stock control.Work alongside the kitchen team to champion seasonal, local food.Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.Build strong connections with the community and our regular guests.Qualifications

Experience as a General Manager.A natural leader who inspires their team and creates a warm, welcoming culture.Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of PandL, budgeting, and KPIs.Passion for excellent food and drink, with high standards across service and presentation.Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to broader operational decisions.
