Your Mission Ensuring Practice Excellence: Upholding high standards by guaranteeing all projects strictly adhere to the established framework. Driving Business Results: Increasing growth and profitability through identifying and implementing process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and methods to enhance client value. Project Initiation: Serving as the primary contact for new practice excellence projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and defining key requirements.
