Internal Sales Executive

Our client operates in the manufacturing sector; they supply and manufacture products for a variety of clients across a number of industry sectors. They are now looking to strengthen the Sales team with the recruitment of an Internal Sales Executives who will progress as Business Development Manager /Key Account Manager in futureTHE BENEFITS:Pension + 4 weeks'' vacation per annum, laptop and mobile for business use (negotiable based on candidates profile and experience) THE ROLE: Managing and growing sales with customers-list / Key accounts including contacting current /dormant customers for orders Monitor supply chain for timely fulfilment of orders and take pro-active efforts to meet customer required deliveries datesInform order status to customers and seek replenishment orders, maintain healthy stock levels to ensure customers doesn''t run out of products Report stock levels to customers; also keep an eye on slow moving stockOffer prices to customers, raise sales and purchase orders, proforma invoices through Sage Resolve customer disputes/ issues regarding quality expectations product shortages, damages, any urgent and late delivery issues.Ability to generate leads through various resources provided by the company, contact prospective customers via phone, email and advise sales team to visit customers for business development and other business matters.
