The team provides strategic sustainability consultancy across a wide range of sectors and is deeply engaged in driving best practices for sustainable development. Key Responsibilities: Lead delivery on large-scale sustainability and energy-focused projects for high-profile clients. Manage project resources, prioritise team tasks, and coordinate effectively with wider project leads. Mentor and support the development of junior team members. Oversee and review work produced by colleagues, ensuring high standards and accuracy. Prepare fee proposals, manage budgets, and support invoicing processes. Conduct and lead client and design team workshops, clearly communicating technical information and strategies.
