Consulting with Clients to Solve Complex Hiring Challenges in Technical Engineering Across the UK and…Senior Commercial / Contracts ManagerWorking for a well respected and global Engineering company operating in the Aerospace sector the dynamic Senior Contracts / Commercial Manager will be given full responsibility for key regional markets concentrating on customer accounts within the Far East.As a key member of the Commercial team your role encompasses a spectrum of commercial activities, from bidding and negotiating strategically vital business to managing existing contracts and ensuring delivery. You''ll lead a talented team of Commercial Officers, spearheading decision-making on all commercial matters and regularly briefing senior leadership and board members during Account and Bid Reviews.Key Accountabilities – Senior Contracts Manager

Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with customers and suppliers to ensure favourable terms and conditions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop contract strategies that align with business objectives.Contract Administration: Oversee the administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle, from initial proposal to contract closeout.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts, such as financial, legal, and operational risks.Customer and Supplier Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with customers and suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters.Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the contract process.Skills and knowledge required – Senior Contracts Manager
