We are currently supporting a well-established civil engineering contractor in their search for a Sub-Agent to join their growing operations across Central Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key role delivering a range of infrastructure, groundworks, and land development projects for both public and private sector clients.You will work closely with senior project leadership, ensuring effective site coordination and driving high-quality delivery across multiple work streams.As the sub-Agent your duties will include but are not limited to: Support day-to-day delivery of civil engineering and groundwork projects Assist with planning, programming, and coordination of site activities Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, and quality records Lead and supervise engineering staff and subcontractors on site Drive compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations Monitor progress, report on key milestones, and assist with problem-solvingThe sucsessful applicant for the role will be able to demonstrate: Experience as a Sub-Agent or Senior Engineer in civil engineering Strong background in groundworks, earthworks, infrastructure, or related disciplines Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or similar Excellent understanding of site processes, HandS legislation, and quality management Strong communicator with proven leadership and organisational abilities Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across Central Scot
