We''re Actemium Automation Teesside - part of the global VINCI Group - and we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

What You''ll Do

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our automation solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development.

Your day-to-day will include:

You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial automation sectorDevelop and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential clientsCreate and implement strategic business development plants to achieve targetsCollaborate with team members to tailor solutions that meet potential client needsPrepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clientsNegotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals

What you bring

Experience in business development, preferably with the industrial automation sectorProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthStrong understanding of industrial automation technologies and solutionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillAbility to build and maintain strong client relationships.
