Our client is a well respected Main Contractor that operates in the commercial refurbishment and fit out space across the UK. The company currently has a requirement for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in office refurbishment and fit out. Project values will range from 500K - 5m in value. Due to getting sign off on a new scheme, the company requires a Site Manager to join the team on a 4 month contract on a 3.5m project.Roles and Responsibilities:- Programme monitoring and change management- Subcontractor management and co-ordination- HSE Management and RAMS management- Logistics coordination and waste management- Quality Control, health and safety and commercial management- Client and Consultant liaison- Design input- Solving technical issues on site- Hitting project deadlines- Driving project, leading from the front- Producing project reports and keeping on top of weekly administration tasksExperience required:- Minimum 10 years Management Experience- Extensive commercial refurbishment and fit out experience.- Experience of running projects as a Number 1 Construction Manager on site- Degree educated OR time served Tradesperson- YOU MUST HAVE PROCORE SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS- Strong leadership skills - can do, will do attitude.If you are a Site Manager who has a proven pedigree in commercial fit out and you are available to start on 4th August through to the end of November then we want to hear from you!
