Director of Nursing (DON/DNS) with long-term care experience sought by Vantage Care, LLC.Responsibilities

Lead and direct the Nursing Department by establishing objectives and standards for achieving those objectives.Serve as Infection Preventionist for Long Term Care as required.Maintain a strong knowledge of state and federal regulations and reimbursement processes.Qualifications

Registered Nurse, unencumbered Massachusetts license.Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in post-acute care.Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Director of Nursing Services in a skilled nursing facility.Experience with geriatric and/or psychiatric nursing.Demonstrated mastery of good clinical nursing skills.Ability to organize and direct the Nursing Department by setting objectives and standards.Benefits
