Our client has a vacancy for a HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Team, helping to deliver a seamless employee experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and customer service.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting the detail right.What You''ll Be DoingIn this varied role, you''ll be at the heart of HR operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring processes run efficiently and professionally.You will:Act as the People Team Workday champion, ensuring all employee lifecycle changes (starters, leavers, contractual changes) are processed accurately and efficiently.Monitor and maintain compliance across key HR processes, including pre-employment checks, onboarding, probation reviews, inductions, and leaver procedures.Provide guidance and support to managers and colleagues on Workday processes, acting as a subject matter expert for the system.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within Workday and SharePoint, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements.Administer the end-to-end leaver process, including preparation of documentation and coordination of exit interviews.Manage and respond to queries received via the HR inbox, delivering a professional, responsive, and customer-focused service.Support the People Team in preparing Employee Relations documentation and coordinating related administrative processes as
