The Role This is a true HR Business Partner position, suited to a confident generalist who enjoys being close to the business. You will work across all levels of the organisation, from senior leadership through to operational teams, acting as a trusted advisor. This role requires a high level of emotional awareness and clear judgment, enabling you to address challenges early and make well considered decisions. You will work in partnership with the business to ensure HR initiatives are closely aligned to organisational objectives and contribute positively to employee experience and operational success. Main ResponsibilitiesAct as a proactive HR partner to leaders and managers, providing practical, commercial advice across the full employee lifecycle.Support senior stakeholders with a wide range of employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases.Ensure HR initiatives and people plans are aligned with wider business objectives and operational priorities.Be a key and active member of the Health and Safety committee, supporting a safe and compliant working environment.Lead and support change initiatives, helping managers and teams navigate
