A leading blue-chip main contractor is looking for a Site Engineer to join their team on a -70m new build school project in Essex.

Responsibilities

• Setting out externals and structural frame
• Reading and interpreting drawings to ensure accurate setting out
• Checking and verifying subcontractor engineers'' work
• Maintaining QA records and supporting the site team
• Ensuring works are delivered to programme, quality, and safety standards

Requirements

• Experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor
• Strong setting out experience (externals and frame)
• Experience overseeing/checking subcontractor engineers
• Competent with surveying equipment
