Our client is a well-established, regional multi-disciplinary main contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the commercial and residential, sectors. With project values typically ranging from -5m to -50m, the business is known for its strong delivery capability, collaborative approach, and long-standing client relationships.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced-Quantity Surveyor-to support commercial delivery across key schemes.- As their Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the-commercial and contractual aspects-ensuring projects are delivered within budget and maximising profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the-commercial delivery on major projects
• Preparing and reviewing-cost plans, valuations, and final accounts
• Supporting-procurement and subcontractor management
• Monitoring-project costs, variations, and financial performance
• Working closely with-project teams and clients-to ensure commercial success
• Identifying and managing-commercial risks and opportunities
• Supporting reporting and forecasting across multiple projects
