With over 35 years of experience and a growing network of innovation centres across the UK and Ireland, we support more than 1,000 SMEs across 35+ sectors. We’re now looking for a strategic, commercially minded Commercial Manager to lead our Central/Oxfordshire region. This is a well-established role, offering the opportunity to shape performance across a cluster of innovation centres and contribute to our wider business strategy. This role is full time, hybrid working with regular travel or communication with the Head Office in Oxford and the innovation centres under management.What You’ll Be Doing
As Commercial Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving commercial success across your region. You’ll:Lead centre teams to deliver strong financial and operational performance.Build and manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency.Champion sustainability and ESG initiatives across your centres.Contribute to senior decision-making and strategic projects as part of the SMT.Support and develop Centre Managers, fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture.Interested in the full scope of the role?
